[website-discuss] where to find info about list moderation?

I'm a leader of several groups, and I find that my postings are 
*frequently* rejected because I don't remember to send with the right 
outbound e-mail address.  I don't know who's moderating those lists 
(e.g. opensound-discuss@ or driver-discuss@) but it seems like I ought 
to have moderation privileges anyway.

How do I find out more about this, and acquire moderation rights if I 
don't already have them?
