Welcome to the party! We've been having that fun in X since X.Org moved
to git a couple years ago, while our internal trees are still teamware
and opensolaris.org trees are hg.

Fortunately, git & hg are very very very similar conceptually and in
command names - in fact so close that my biggest problem is forgeting
subtle differences, like "git log" automatically piping through $PAGER,
but having to remember to manually pipe hg log output to a pager.

I do miss some of git's more powerful/dangerous features in hg, like
git rebase, and especially git rebase --interactive (though cadmium's
recommit extension helps a bit there).

But for the one project I still access via svn, I can't imagine why people
still put use svn at all. I've been very happy with the git-svn command
that lets me store my local copy in git so I can commit/branch/etc. locally,
while still pulling and pushing to the svn repo when it's time to share
with everyone else.
