I was asked about some email that got mysteriously discarded on one
list last week and now I've been asked about another so I'd like to
know if anyone else has been trying to post to a list and having it go
into the land of /dev/null instead of to the list. If you have, please
send me either a full copy of the email if you have it from your sent
folder or throw me a bone by offering your email address and date/time/
list so I can have a sporting chance of finding it.
I may force mailman to dump all the discards to a shunt file as it
appears this could be a problem in the headers which mailman snags on
and discards the message by mistake. This will require a restart of
mailman so, though nobody should see it blink, but just in case you
get a notice of your message circling the drain due to the mail system
being unreachable, this will likely be the reason.
