Now we've localized the Auth application, an explanation of how the page
display language is selected is probably in order.
There are three places were the language may be set, listed in order of
preference from high to low:
1. Language cookie, selected with the 'Preferred language'
option on each page.
2. Account language preference, set on your account edit page.
3. Browser language settings
The first of these that is set takes preference.
