I'm confused again. I thought we had established that:

Electorate:Member = poll:Core Contributor

and that the two groups:

Electorate:Member, Community Group:Core Contributor

were stored separately, and thus were independent, so that:

Community Group:Core Contributor != poll:Core Contributor

unless someone explicitly synchronizes the Electorate and
Community Group data.

Or do you mean that the initial transition will populate the
databases according to

Community Group:Core Contributor = poll:Core Contributor

but that the two could later diverge?
