You can re-parent pages to change the ordering of items in the menu or
nest them. Is that what you mean by edit?

This also looks like a bug, since you have no documentation page on your
project, thanks for reporting.
5. Why is the Files page empty?
To view the attached files, you have to go to the Show menu at the top
and select Attachments.
