Why doesn't giving Leader status automatically do the Participant termination stuff? In the future, as you rewhap the system and its labels to match the just-approved constitution, please fix it so that it does the right thing - having the admin manually maintain the required-but-undocumented relationships in your database seems errorprone and user-unfriendly.
