It's right now in an ODT file, and will eventually be migrated to an RST
file. What parts and in what form will be made public outside of the
admin core team is still to be determined. While I'm happy to share
knowledge for the public good, I'm always hesitant of publishing too
much infrastructure docs for the general public, since this has also a
security aspect.
I'll brainstorm a bit on this after the work has done, then let's see.
