For your request - did you get any answer from Christian Lohmaier in the
meantime? Sadly, we lack documentation on how to include new localizations,
and I simply don't know how to add those strings to Silverstripe in the
moment. They are not edited in the web frontend, but in a PHP file.

Note that unless you also edit the strings in pootle, your changes
will likely be lost on the next update from pootle.

I've finally translated what was missing in the file mysite-it.po, using
pootle. What do I have to do now, to make changes visible on the website
page?
Anyway the page http://donate.libreoffice.org/it/ is now ready.
Anybody can add the link to http://donate.libreoffice.org/it/ in the
main http://donate.libreoffice.org/ page and publish the
