[webstack-discuss] How to read InnoDB log files

Any idea on what I can use to read the InnoDB logfiles (ib_logfile0, 
ib_logfile1, ...)?
Also is there an universal method to read database logfiles, of any DB 
engine or/and mysqlbinlog?
