I think you want to set this property in the target wt.countWebtestResults in 
webtest.xml:
<property name="wt.countWebtestResults.failIfFailedTest" value="false"/>

thanks for the quick answer!

I tested further and hope to have found the answer: You only get "BUILD 
SUCCESFUL" if all tests are passed.
(This seems to be different from the screencast, where there is a "BUILD 
SUCCESFUL" despite of two failed tests.)

Can you please confirm?
