There are currently two places where things are officially documented,
http://www.webwareforpython.org/WebKit/Docs/Configuration.html
and often people just look into the default config files delivered with 
Webware since they contain some comments as well (at least in 
Application.config, but I will add some to AppServer.config too).

The new settings are not yet documented there. But you're right things 
like the read buffer size for unknown file types in Application.config 
are documented. So I'll mention the new settings as well, since other 
fine-tuning stuff is also there.

And while we are at it, I'll also make the buffer size of 8192 hard 
coded in ASSStreamOut.py configurable as ResponseBufferSize.
