I would think that you could install WebKit.cgi into a cgi-bin directory 
without any special control over the server.  The speed won't be quite as 
good as with mod_webkit, but other than that, it should work fine.

There's also wkcgi, which is a compiled C binary CGI adapter, which will be 
faster than WebKit.cgi but not as fast as mod_webkit.  If WebKit.cgi isn't 
fast enough for your needs, you can try it.
