I can compile the Isapi one, but I did not write it. There used to be a memory leak issue. I would recommend that you try the .exe for now and we can ask around about the isapi. I used the .exe and it was fast enough for my app. Currently I use Apache2 and mod_webwkit on windows and its fast and stable.
Maybe the wkISAPI author can help.
