Wow - that's a very generous offer, Shane!  I'm certain that would more
than meet our needs.  

We also have an hosting offer from Aaron Switzer, who has a server
with EV1 -- so I guess we need to decide option would be the best for
the project.

The specs above would give us a _lot_ room to play with.  It'd be cool (one day) to 
have a bunch of contributed sample/demo web apps running which people could play 
with, and then download the code for.  It would also be nice to support a 
very Python-friendly ISP (which Tummy is).

Let's wait a day to see if there is general approval, but if others are happy 
with taking you up on your offer I'd be happy to set up the server.

I noticed that Tummy also offers Debian virtual servers; I run Debian
if I have the choice and I know it's also Ian's preference.  I don't
know if it would be available at the same price, though -- if not, Redhat
would be fine.
