There was talk about it on the list more than a year ago, but I never saw
any packages.  There are a few issues a packager must take into account:
- should the package set up a system-wide instance of the app server?
- if so, where should the working directory live? (/var/lib/webware ?) 
- the config files would need to be symlinked so that they are under /etc
- mod_webkit would need to be in a separate package

Of course, different people will want the package to do different things, so
it's tough to produce a "one size fits all" package.  It should be possible to
make a package which offers to install a site-wide app server instance, but
doesn't force you to -- of course that would be more work. :)
