While what you say is all quite true, this is the condition of many
Python frameworks. I'm sure that most of us have landed on Webware
because we thought it was worth the pain of having to dig through
mailing list archives for the answers. It's an insane process.

These are all reasons why documentation is wanting. My projects have
been driven by specific requirements, so I've been uneasy about
documenting my custom methods, which may not be a pattern for
best-practices, but work for what I need the framework to do.

We have a Wiki, so anyone who wants to start something new or audit
existing material can do so. You're ideas are good, so I would encourage
you to start a how-to section on the Wiki or something similar.
