I too have had problems testing with payers. I've asked several contacts about this,
even some on this listserv. The best advice I've gotten was that once there is a
mechanism in place for reporting complaints then I should follow the process for
filing one. I do not believe there is such a "service" set up at this time.
If anyone knows of one, if they could send out the info that would be great. I spent
several weeks arguing with certain payers about their non-compliant request. But if I
wanted to be approved for production in their system, I had to make the change. I
don't consider this a "done deal," but at this time I don't know of any other
recourse.
