Just for information, my local Medicare carrier (TrailBlazer - www.trailblazerhealth.com) has again delayed trading partner testing, now until April 2003, and will only be using and accepting the 4010A1 addendum version of the 837 and bypassing usage of the 4010 completely after that date. My guess is that we'll see alot of version creep until the IG is all "debugged".
