Details:
I'm trying to connect to ChatSpike IRC network via a SSL connection and I'm
getting an error. Weechat 0.3.5 running on Fedora 15 x86_64. Using tmux
multiplexer and $TERM=screen-256color
address: irc.chatspike.net/6697
ssl: on
ssl_verify: off
The error returned is:
[12:31] ChatSpike irc: connecting to server irc.chatspike.net/6697 (SSL)...
[12:31] ChatSpike =!= irc: TLS handshake failed
[12:31] ChatSpike =!= irc: error: A TLS packet with unexpected length was
received.
[12:31] ChatSpike irc: reconnecting to server in 10 seconds
I am able to connect to this network via SSL using a different client.
I was able to connect to the network before in weechat, I believe via SSL, but
after quiting, /quit, and then restarting I am now getting the aforementioned
error.
