Details:
Currently weechat only use the channel auto join list when no buffers exist
for the server. If for some reason joining a channel failed and you later
/reconnect it will only use currently opened buffers and rejoin those
channels.
One idea to solve this could be adding an override option like -autojoin to
/connect and /reconnect to force using the channel auto join list regardless
of the buffer state.
