Thanks.  I will run the experiment tomorrow and see what happens.  To 
answer your question, the answer is YES.  the 0.012 is being reported by 
Netatmo's Website directly.  I see many other stations in my area reporting 
similar amounts from 0.01 to 0.023, but nothing in the larger quantities 
that is showing from my station. Once I run the experiment I will let you 
know the results.
