The 'year table' appears to be the NOAA report, and is not a table as such 
- the data in the report is derived from the summary tables.

The 'year chart' does show the temperature for the previous year, and the 
barometer - with all the data from the database.  The middle 'chart' 
appears to be also trying to display temperature - why are there two charts 
for temperature?

You should check the skin which is generating the graphs and see what is 
supposed to be being charted.

Which skin are you using  - the middle chart does not appear to be a 
standard skin chart.
