Look through the sofa skin configuration file (its skin.conf) and make
sure the sections are in the following order:
[CheetahGenerator]
[[SummaryByMonth]]
...
[[SummaryByDate]]
...
[[ByDate]]
...
The algorithm that populates the drop down list depends on [[ByDate]]
appearing last.
