As Gary notes, there is nothing in the logger's memory, which makes it a
little different than the classic case of corrupt memory.

Try taking the logger out and reseating it.

One thing I don't understand: you refer to a Vantage Pro2 *and* an Envoy.
Are they both showing these symptoms?
