Look at the data you just posted and the data you provided me that I
successfully imported. Your latest data has two double quotation marks
whereas the data you provided me does not. I looks like you have
incorrectly modified your data. I suggest you go back to the original data
and make any global changes one step at a time, checking carefully after
each change. If you make a mistake undo the change; if your editor does not
let you do that find another editor.
