We have discovered a potentially serious bug. The specific situation is as follows:
- A V4.x configuration file; - Package installer; - Install an extension; - Uninstall the extension. Under these circumstances, the extension uninstaller could remove system files! If you are using a V4.x configuration file, please do not install any extensions until we get a fix out.
