Doesn’t look like that feature exists based on the documentation in the 
Utilities Guide. You can always get there by constructing a file you can 
use sqlite3 to import I guess if you line up with the forecast schema but 
that would take some work.

Why would you want to do this outside what the forecast extension does ?
