It looks to me like the Xtide piece only provides hi and lo tide 
predictions.  I can get down to minute resolution water level predictions 
from NOAA.  I would like to plot the curve in a way that allows me to hover 
over the graph and see an individual data point on the curve.  Is there 
another way to do this using existing methods?
