Difficult to know.  I'm guessing that it could end up being used for much 
more than standard CMS stuff (Silverstripe are pitching their "Saphire 
Framework" in the Rails space and I'm guessing are going to offer a 
"custom" Saphire/Silverstripe option for those agencies who don't want just 
standard  CMS modules).  We are already seeing agencies who are wanting 
much more than standard CMS stuff looking to move towards Silverstripe. 
 I'm concerned that we could end up in a situation where agency folk are 
just going to choose Silverstripe for everything "web" (as it will 
be perceived as a safe choice, i.e. DIA recommended).    There is a 
briefing next week so I'll hopefully find out more
