I suppose these transfers from Rhyl to Wrexham are welcome at the latter depot though – some of the Wrexham buses are looking pretty aged, and from my own observations the MPDs at Wrexham have often been full to bursting in the peak hours.
Mind you, I remember a few years back when some MPDs at Wrexham were transferred down from Rhyl, having not long been operational at Rhyl (they had Denbighshire Council logos beneath the drivers window....). There was much ado about it in the local press along the coast, and from the council itself. I suppose Arriva have to go where the money is, when it comes to allocating buses!
