I managed to catch up with the driver concerned and presented him with the image.lol. A protracted apology from him was accepted, together with a hand shake, bringing closure to this unprofessional incident.
I strongly recommend that abuse of this nature is not tolerated and is brought to the attention of the person concerned. Hopefully isolated instances like this will not manifest and photographers can raise their cameras without fear of intimidation. Now this just leaves the lady with the horses....
