Ive often wondered where did R46XWO come from who had it new . Looks like a 
Bebb . But we never had  that  i was there from N to 07..

The Vario is owned by H&H Motors of Ross-on-Wye.  The regular vehicle on the 
service is an early low-floor Pointer-bodied Dart registered R46 XWO.

It appears to be operating Service 34 (Monmouth-Ross), which is a Herefordshire 
Council contract, rather than Monmouthshire CC.
