Very unfair of me to criticize Monmouthshire and praise
Herefordshire in this instance!! It has appeared for a while that Hereford gets
new low floor stuff for it's contracts and Monmouthshire goes for any old tat
(other than the Chepstow town services with Bebb).

The Vario is owned by H&H Motors of Ross-on-Wye.  The regular vehicle on the
service is an early low-floor Pointer-bodied Dart registered R46 XWO.

It appears to be operating Service 34 (Monmouth-Ross), which is a Herefordshire
Council contract, rather than Monmouthshire CC.
