Interesting that you have raised the question of the spelling of the village name: Moyl(e)grove. As I have never been sure of the correct version myself.

Their website has the central letter "e". http://www.moylegrove.org.uk/ as does the village sign - click on "short video" on the website. Where did you check and find the other version ?

Thanks for identifying that - it's been driving me round the bend.  I
was looking at Pembrokeshire churches (which is why I didn't find one
in Cardiganshire!).  There are quite a few similar, the square tower
being popular.  Worst of all the church in Newport (a very likely
candidate) has a very similar tower complete with corner buttresses.

The village spelling is Moylgrove, by the way (I had to check myself).
