Hello, Thanks for the proposal ;-)   If tomorrow I manage to integrate the current Chinese version of Rosetta/Launchpad in the nightly build, your help testing it and correcting things will be much appreciated.   Do you know the technical reference of the Chinese written language you are fluent in ?
