Follow-up Comment #2, bug #9349 (project wesnoth):
I'm talking about 1.3.3, not 1.3.2. The buttons there are neither hidden nor
disabled. You can always press them, the only difference is that nothing
happens if a game is selected which you cannot join respective observe.
