Details:
In the multiplayer lobby the "Join Game" and "Observe Game" buttons don't
disappear anymore in 1.3.3. This may be irritating for new players (e.g. as
you don't get an error message that you can't join a full game if you press
the join button) but more worse is, you can't check anymore if a game allows
observers before you join it.
