Follow-up Comment #3, patch #763 (project wesnoth):

* movement cost = 1 is the best you can get, so it should be green.
* movement cost = 2 shown as white, and 
* movement cost = 3 shown as yellow might make sense.
All higher movement cost is just crawling, so definitely red.

Display of negative resistance was not changed.

I will have a look at the defense_color_scale,
but I don't think that more colors will provide
that much more insight, beyond good/normal/bad values...
