Details:
At the beginning of this scenario some Elvish fighters are supposed to be
recalled to help Ithelden and Sir Gerrick fight their way north. However, if
the player did not recruit elves in the previous scenario (or none survived),
there are no such fighters and the scenario becomes effectively impossible to
win.
This needs a WML hack to recruit L1 Elves if none are recalled.
