Details:
Add a check in wmllint that detects if the speaker for a message is a
character who might not exist at the time the message is triggered. That is,
make sure that the speaker is either unit/second_unit, or a character whose
death triggers the end of the scenario. Getting this right all the time is
probably very difficult if not formally uncomputable, but catching the common
cases ought to be easy.
