I think he means inheritance a bit like what [base_unit] does, but for any
tag: so, if you'd put inherit_id=foobar inside any tag, and you can then
inherit the contents of that tag into any other tag by using
inherit_from=foobar (and override the inherited properties if you want, just
like with [base_unit]).
I doubt it'd be especially useful or that it'd result in major performance
gains, but I'll assign this to sapient in case it'd happen to be an easy
thing to implement or otherwise have some merit I missed.
