Details:
Landmark labels, such as "Elmar's Crossing" on map The Princess of Wesnoth in
the campaign Heir to the Throne, obscure the terrain defence text (60% etc.)
as the landmark text is on top.
As the terrain defence text is more important I feel it should be on top.
