Follow-up Comment #1:
I grepped for increase_attacks and eyeballed all the relevant code. It looks
like somebody already fixed this under 1.7, so I'm going to mark it Need Info
and ask you to produce a 1.7 test case. Otherwise, I'll close this on next
release.
