Details:
As the title says...
When this option (which defaults to off) is activated, the "Delay shroud
updates" option will be activated on game start.
Didn't touch the changelog 'cause of the current situation with 1.8/1.9.
Didn't add myself to about.cfg since I have another patch waiting here on
gna! which includes that mention.
