Follow-up Comment #2, bug #15522 (project wesnoth):
Silencing, as suggested here, sounds good, adding more volume by WML doesn't,
as a sudden large increase in volume might cause unpleasantness or even
hearing damage. If this is implemented, please consider this and only allow
silencing.
