Details:

Just wanted to provide this: While working on the RNG-topic for the
experimental corner, i started with refactoring the RNG code.

In short I:
-       put the code into two classes (simple_rng and combat_rng)
-       moved the functions for server rng code into the classes
-       removed some unneeded settings for the global random_generator pointer
-       added some more comments and renamed a little

I feel this is a somewhat cleaner code and maybe a better base for
redesigning some quick hacks that are still present.
