Details:

When one creates a game and put a AI player in one slot, the choice for the
AI algorithm is amongst the mainline AIs. If the picked era is also defining
a AI, this one does not appear in the list.

The attached patch is an attempt at implementing changes on how the list of
available AIs is built so that the AI defined in the era are shown too.

Test:
- when creating a game, if we choose an era defining an AI, the AI is present
in the list of available AIs.
- when creating a game afterwards, if we choose another era that doesn't
define an AI, the AI of the era used before is not shown anymore in the list
of available AIs.

Patch build on rev 42477.

NB: an era defining an AI means an .cfg file defining:
[era]
    id=my_era
    name= _ "Era"

    [ai]
        id=my_ai
        [...]
    [/ai]
[/era]
