Details:

apostrophes, en dashes, em dashes, couple of minus signs.

Comparatively few changes relative to the campaigns. Namespaces changed:

Wesnoth
wesnoth-anl
wesnoth-editor
wesnoth-lib
wesnoth-manual
wesnoth-multiplayer
wesnoth-units

Note that wesnoth-manual is sorta-HTML format, so I used unicode entities
such as – instead of the raw unicode values

I also didn't touch any apostrophe near a $ variable, as ivanovic warned me
that this was dangerous. Therefore things like "$player's gold" were left
as-is, as were placenames such as "$river's Mouth." There's only about 30
instances anyway.

Some of these $-values do appear to be correctly escaped out, and probably
would be safe to alter ("$player|'s", for example, but given the current
mish-mash I thought it best to leave it.

This version of pofix was constructed from the .pot files. It would need to
be applied to .pots, .cfgs and pos. I will try to generate a set of cfgs, pos
and pots as a diff, tomorrow, as a sanity check.
