caused by wml code like this:

[remove_shroud]
[filter]
id=test
[/filter]
[/remove_shroud]
[message]

message=_"What ? We are under attack ?"

Actually, there's no way to know for wmllint whether the dying unit is the
speaking one, it is highly unlikely however. This test should only omit the
message if there's an according [filter]id= at the toplevel.
